The 1TA series boring heads are boring universal parts that have been improved on the basis of TA series boring heads.
It conforms to the "GB3668.9-83" standard and is equivalent to the ISO3590-1976 standard. It is widely used in combination with machine tools and automatic lines with good performance.
The 1TA boring head can be used with mechanical or hydraulic slides of the same specification. Group formed or horizontal combined machine tools.
It is used for machining single-axis coarse, fine boring and reaming of cast iron, steel and non-ferrous metal workpieces. The highest processing accuracy can reach H7, and the surface roughness Ra<1.6μm.
